I also take on the xenophobes on the left & right who blame "outsiders" (ie. European-Americans, Micronesians) for the scarcity of affordable housing in Hawaii.
It is NOT the outsiders who are to blame for the scarcity of affordable housing in Hawaii, it's the Local NIMBYs who are to blame for the scarcity of affordable housing in Hawaii.
