Say No to Nicholai Khiterer

The following was sent to therapist Nicholai Khitierer

From : Pablo Wegesend
To : Nicholai Khiterer,

The following page is what I sent to your supervisors informing them that you are an extremely inadequate therapist.  A copy has also been posted to my blog at http://pablowegesend.blogspot.com to inform people that whatever problems they might have, they are better off avoiding spending their hard-earned money on your services.

This is the following page that I sent to the director of  Kaiser Behavior Health

From: Pablo Wegesend
To: Kaiser Behavior Health Services

This letter is to inform you of why I am no longer be a client of Nicholai Khiterer.

Before I came to Kaiser Behavior Health Services, I was a client of an outside psychiatrist, Dr. Steven Williams of Queen’s Medical Center. With Williams, I was able to share my letters and discuss my feelings.  I worked with Dr Williams from 1999-2003 and returned for one session in 2014.

With Khiterer, however, I found a personality that I find to be condescending.
He said he doesn’t want to spend time reading letters.
He said he doesn’t want to spend too much time talking.
He seemed disinterested in speaking with my previous psychiatrist, even though I signed a consent form.
He questioned me with “you want to change your father? I won’t help with that” in a condescending tone, whereas my previous psychiatrist would just say in a nicer tone, “I may not be able to change your father, but I could help you reduce the tensions you might have with him.”
He is not clear about what the next sessions will be or what the plans are.

Khiterer comes across as an "idiot savant". Sure,he was able to pass exams and write research papers (which made him academically qualified for his current position) but his people skills are just horrible for someone in his position!  He thinks that talking down to people is the best way to get people to improve their mental health. It has the opposite effect.

This letter will be posted on my blog http://pablowegesend.blogspot.com to notify any potential clients that this guy is dangerous to people's mental health!  This will be posted to let people know that whatever problems they might have, that they are better off not being his client.  This will be posted to so that people don't waste their hard-earned money being a client of an idiot-savant that talks down to pscyhologically vulnerable people.

If you have any questions please contact me  at (contact info deleted for this blog post).

Mahalo,

Pablo Wegesend

The only reason I only had one session with Dr Williams in 2014 was because my insurance doesn't cover his services, so I started using Kaiser Behavior Health (KBH). I started with KBH to save money.  Khiterer (under KBH) is a waste of money.

Unless you're with Kaiser Behavior Health, I will NOT answer any further questions about this issue!

PS: If your name appears on my blog posts in a negative manner, you are more than just an average annoying person, you are dangerous to people's psychological health!  You need  exposure to the light because a person like you thrive on the silence of their victims.  But now that I'm done with this blog post, I will now move on and enjoy the finer things in life!

Hook-ups and Fear Mongering

One of the major topics today is sports injuries. There are concussions, torn ACLs, injured vertebrae, dislocated shoulders and much more!

What if someone said "let's just stop all sports already"?

Wouldn't that sound stupid?

Of course it does!

Because sports, while it has potential for danger, also brings great joy and fun!

Now, apply that to a different situation.

Some Conservative Correctness activists say that "the hook-up culture contributes to sexual assault and therefore we should end hook-up culture of casual sex".

From Mona Charen
http://townhall.com/columnists/monacharen/2014/07/11/how-to-fight-sexual-assault-n1860914/page/full

Doubtless I will be accused of "victim blaming," but it must be said that the reason the AAUW, university administrators, the Department of Education and most importantly, young men and women themselves are so confused about how to handle the wave of campus rape (and unwanted sex) is that they've created a social environment -- the boozing hookup culture -- that invites bad behavior.
(and more)

Women are being victimized on campuses and off. But writing op-eds is not where their power lies. They can protect themselves better by staying sober and out of the hookup world.

Isn't that almost the same thing as saying  "sports cause injuries therefore you should never play sports"

Just like there's more to sports than gruesome injuries, there's a lot more to hookup culture than just rape, STDs and pregnancies.

A lot of people get great joy from playing sports and even more get great joy from hook-ups!

Of course, in sports and hook-ups, you have to be careful! It's best to know what you're getting into and to know how to handle awkward situations.

But to tell people to avoid fun situations entirely is just fear mongering!

Just like there are jock straps and helmets for sports, there are condoms, diaphragms and other contraceptives for sex.

And just like those who can't handle rough play shouldn't feel pressured into playing tackle football, those who are uncomfortable with sexual situations shouldn't feel pressured into "hooking up".

In other words, individuals can figure out what's best for them AND to change direction if they no longer enjoy the activity.

----

Plus, most of this hook-up culture stuff always leading to actual sexual intercourse isn't even always true! Most of the time, it's just hand-holding, back rubs, tickles and "making out" (kissing).

Even in nightclubs, places notorious for hook-ups, freak dancing and twerking, much of the boy-girl action isn't even going to lead into sexual intercourse. What happens WAY MORE OFTEN is one-song-stands which means

  • boy meets girl
  • they dance and rub on each other for 1 (sometimes 2) songs
  • they separate and that's it!

Not so scary, isn't it!

But it happens way more often than the scary scenarios that Conservative Correctness People always warn you about!

The Need for Peace and Quiet

In a person's lifespan, one can go from being a child that can't handle loud noise to a teenager that likes loud noise,  to an adult who gets irritated by noise!

I still like big stereos, block parties and nightclubs.

But jackhammers, leaf blowers, car alarms, lawn mowers, construction machines and anything that pounds irritate the living stuff out of me!

This summer, I'm spending a lot of time at the UH-Manoa campus.

Most of the time, at the libraries, which are  quiet as they should be.

But after a few hours of reading or looking at screens, I want fresh air.

Problem is, there are several renovation projects going on at UH-Manoa during the daytime, making it hard to find a place that has fresh air and peace & quiet.

And even in areas that are far from the renovation projects, just when I think I'm safe .....................................the leaf blowers and lawn mowers are making noise.

I think leaf blowers are over-rated. Can't the workers just use a push broom?

----------------------------

Just the other day, I was outside Aina Haina Public Library waiting for it to be open, so I can do a library setting observation assignment and a library program observation assignment. Problem was, while I was waiting outside, someone was using a generator-powered pressurized water hose was on the ground in front of the soon-to-be-opened Starbucks. The generator was loud and irritating as hell!   I had to go to the opposite side of Aina Haina Shopping Center be away from the noise until the library was opened.

Later on that day, when I finally went home, I called my mom (first time this month) and during the phone conversation, I heard a car alarm. Some guy trying to fix his car outside and his alarm was going off!  I was annoyed as hell!

Happiness returned when that guy got his car out of there!
--------------------

Don't misunderstand me, I recognize the importance of construction, renovation, road repairs and other noisy projects going on!

However, I really hope the next wave of manufacturing technology will be quieter construction and other machines!
