In previous blog posts, I mentioned about getting an ankle sprain last month.

I can now walk without a cane. The ankle doesn't hurt like it did last month, but sometimes, I have to remind myself to slow down just to protect my ankle.
It's like my mind & most of my body wants to move faster, but my ankle wants to move slower.
Out of respect for my ankle, I am having to slow down my pace while walking!
